Priyam believes in leaving an indelible mark on her community through her work. She began her career buying and remodeling homes in low-income communities, and now focuses on high-end residential projects in Lamorinda and the East Bay.
As one of a few woman contractors in the Bay Area she is focused on changing the construction industry for the better. Through a transparent process, exceptional communication and an end result that leaves homeowners happy. She lives in Lafayette with her husband and daughters.

The Konstructo team consists of framers, plumbers, and carpenters. All framing and finish work is done in-house to ensure quality and execution of design plans. Our sub-contractors have been working side-by-side with us for many years and are integral to our build process.
