Priyam Sawhney
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Priyam began her career in real estate, and saw firsthand the ways Bay Area housing doesn’t always meet the needs of current residents. She became a general contractor, leaving her mark on the community by re-creating homes with care.
She purchased and renovated her own home (when she had two small children), so she relates deeply to her clients and has sat on both sides of the planning table. She understands the significant investment a renovation represents, and has created a transparent process to eliminate worries, guesswork, and delays.
She approaches your home with the same high standards she would have for her own - attention to detail, doing things right the first time, using materials that last, and creating a home that functions smoothly in the background of a busy household.
