A complimentary in-home estimate.
We visit your home and review your plans together. Discuss your budget and timeline, identify which design elements are complete and consider what still needs development.
After reviewing your plans, we provide an initial proposal and explain what is needed to move forward.
A line-item bid.
We coordinate with your architect and engineer to prepare a detailed proposal. Review the work and its costs together, with the scope set out clearly.
Materials and permit submissions.
We work with trusted material vendors and order with lead times in mind. Permit submissions and material preparation are coordinated ahead of construction.
The preconstruction meeting.
The team walks through the home, reviews the permit set and discusses your priorities. If you will remain at home, we plan occupied areas, dust containment, pets and other day-to-day logistics.
Updates as the work progresses.
Stay in touch with Priyam about current work and what comes next. We communicate daily or weekly, depending on the construction schedule, so you can follow the progress of your home.
