One Clear Process
01- Complimentary In-Home Estimate
We’ll visit your home, review your plans together, and provide an initial proposal. We discuss your budget, timeline, and evaluate which design elements are complete and which need development. You’ll know exactly what you need to move forward.
02- Line Item Bid
We coordinate with your architect and engineer to provide a line-item bid. Our bid includes details others tend to leave out to create a more tempting offer. We will never hide costs just to land your business: Full transparency, always. You’ll receive one clear proposal and a budget you can count on.
03- Materials Ordered, Permits Submitted
We partner with trusted material vendors for every aspect of your project, ordering with lead times in mind, and also submit your permits. This way, everything is ready before construction begins.
04- Preconstruction Meeting
Everyone who will be working on your home comes together for this meeting. We walk through every room and wall, review the permit set, and make sure every team understands your priorities. During this meeting, we also plan for considerate service - If you’re living in the home, we note which areas will be taped off to contain dust, ask if there are pets, and plan for other logistical convenience.
05- Weekly Updates
Because plans, materials, and workers are all prepared before we begin, construction proceeds smoothly. Everyone already has what they need. We will be in touch daily or weekly, depending on the schedule - but you will always know where the project is, and what is coming next.
06- Final Reveal
Even though you’ve watched the pieces come together, there is something special about when the tape comes off and we present your home to you. It’s time to celebrate!
