Our initial home consult allows us to see the space and hear about the project scope. Our design partner joins so we can review our unique design/build partnership and process. We review any plans you already have and discuss how to get ready for construction. We leave with concrete next steps to keep your project moving forward.

With a plan set from the architect and engineer we can bid the job. Alongside our architect, engineer and designer we work together to value engineer the project to meet budget. Our design partner creates a materials budget to determine the overall cost so you can make decision. The bidding process is a crucial step to setting us up for success during construction to limit change orders once we begin.

After plans are submitted and all finishes are selected we set up a start date and detailed schedule. We do our pre-construction demo and walkthrough to mitigate as many issues as possible before construction begins. Our goal is to be in and out as efficiently as possible. Once we begin a project we don't leave until we are done!

Once construction begins we work closely with our architect, engineer and design partners to keep the project on track and ensure design intent is met. We'll have weekly meetings, group text threads, and email updates to keep everyone in the loop. Our crew consists of 20 full time framers, plumbers, electricians and carpenters as well as an office staff.
