Gita walks through your home, listening to your wishlist. Her ability to configure layouts to flow with your lifestyle and handle the quirks of your site is unmatched.
Some people think, “I’ll hire an architect, and pick my own finishes.” They don’t realize two things. First, architects are not in construction. People regularly receive plans that are out of their budget to actually build. Gita only presents layouts that are buildable within your number.
Second, making decisions out of order is the biggest source of cost overruns. You might fall in love with the perfect storage medicine cabinet, only to discover it can’t be installed because the architect already put in a pocket door. You’re stuck settling for less, or paying for changes. Gita is a designer who thinks like a contractor - she includes finishes that impact construction from the start.
03- ACCURATE BID AND PLAN APPROVAL
Once you’ve chosen a layout, Gita will work with her partner architect and engineer to create a set of permit-ready plans.
Priyam takes your plans and walks through your site, pricing out the full project step by step. Some contractors give generic estimates to create a lower bid. Priyam examines details others skip - your estimate contains everything you’ll need.
This unusual thoroughness means that your budget is accurate. If you want any changes, we can work with the architect now instead of after construction begins, when it would cost three times as much.
04- HAND IN HAND FINAL PREPARATION
Gita stays on as project manager, submitting permits and ordering materials so they’re on-site before construction even begins (this is partly why her designs are true to cost - she sees real-time conditions every day).
Meanwhile, Priyam meets with the build team to walk through every room and wall, reviewing the design and permits, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Gita and Priyam are both on-site every week, ensuring things are progressing exactly as planned. You will always know what comes next. During construction, our crew is respectful of your home and neighbors: Staying organized, containing dust, and cleaning up at the end of the day.
