Priyam reviews your plans on site and builds a detailed construction bid. She walks the project with the build team, coordinates the work and pays attention to the details that make the finished home feel right.
She is your contractor and point of contact throughout construction.
Design
Gita listens to your wishlist and develops layouts around your lifestyle and the particulars of your home. She coordinates with the architect and engineer, selects finishes, manages permit submissions and orders materials.
As project manager, she stays involved as the design becomes a built space.

With a layout chosen, Gita coordinates permit-ready plans with the architect and engineer. Priyam walks your site and prices the work step by step, so you can review scope and costs before building.
Gita manages permit submissions and material orders. Priyam walks every room and wall with the build team, reviewing the design and permit set so everyone understands the work ahead.
Selections and material lead times are coordinated alongside the construction plan.
Priyam and Gita stay involved as work progresses. Our crew pays attention to the experience of living around a renovation: keeping the site organized, containing dust and respecting your home and neighbors.
We keep you informed about what is happening and what comes next, and clean up at the end of each working day.
