A detailed bid and plan approval.
Once you choose a layout, the design team works with the architect and engineer on permit-ready plans. Priyam walks your site and prices the construction step by step.
Review the scope, costs and any changes while they can still be coordinated with the plans, before construction begins.
Final preparation, hand in hand.
The design team manages permit submissions and material orders, keeping selections and lead times in view. Priyam meets the build team on site to review the rooms, walls, design and permit set.
