In the Deets begins with design layouts that show all of the possibilities of the space. Layouts are detailed and personalized. Once we agree on a final layout, our architect and engineer bid the permit set and get started. We work with a local firm and have negotiated special pricing for our clients, Final plans are delivered within a month!

With finished drawings from the architect and engineer, Konstructo bids the job. With a detailed bid process, Konstructo works with our architect to value engineer the project to save money and time. Bids are detailed and competitive.

Once the scope and budget are approved, In the Deets handles all of the city, county, fire and sanitation submittals. Orders are placed and the project is scheduled.

We have trusted material vendors for anything and everything and pass our trade pricing to our clients. Shop with In the Deets to design and select every finish material ahead of time, so there is no stress once construction begins. In the Deets puts together final selection boards and detailed drawings to ensure success.
