01 — Initial Meeting & Bidding
We’ll start by reviewing your plans together and providing an initial proposal. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your budget, timeline, and evaluate which design elements are complete and what still needs development. After you receive the initial bid, we’ll refine the scope as needed and coordinate with your architect and engineer to ensure all plans align perfectly with the proposal.
02 — Design Phase
We partner with trusted material vendors for every aspect of your project — and we pass our trade pricing directly to you. During this phase, we’ll select and order materials with lead times in mind, ensuring everything is ready before construction begins. This proactive approach keeps your project running smoothly and eliminates delays once we start building.
03 — Permitting
Permit submittal happens alongside the design phase. Depending on your project’s scope and jurisdiction, the permitting timeline can vary, but our team stays on top of every step to keep your project moving forward efficiently.
04 — Construction
Construction kicks off with a comprehensive meeting that includes our team and all subcontractors. We review every detail of the scope — from design specifics to project management systems and weekly communication. Because all major decisions are finalized before we begin, you can simply enjoy watching your vision come to life. We invite you to visit the site weekly to see the progress firsthand.
