At Adagio in Danville, a couple whose daughter had left for college wanted a home ready for their next chapter and for welcoming guests. The transformation stayed within the existing footprint. Vaulted dining and living areas, a tray ceiling in the kitchen and a new laundry area changed the feel and function of familiar rooms. Read the Adagio story.
Think beyond an individual finish.
A renovation is an opportunity to consider how the spaces connect and how everyday tasks feel. Bring the ideas you are excited about and the practical frustrations you would like to solve. The right starting point depends on your home, your priorities and the plans you already have.
A vision. Or a set of plans.
Have ideas, but need a plan? Our Design & Build service brings design, planning and construction together. Already have architectural plans? Build From Existing Plans starts with Priyam reviewing your plans and preparing a detailed bid. Start where you are; you do not need to arrive with every decision made.
Personal, from the start.
A renovation is a significant investment—in your home and in the life you want to live there. Priyam has sat on both sides of the planning table. Having renovated her own home with two young children, she understands what this means for your family. Meet Priyam and the Konstructo team.
