Our Lafayette roots.
Based in Lafayette, Priyam brings a homeowner’s perspective to the work. Start with what you want your home to feel like and how you want to use it. We can help you find the right starting point, whether you have an initial wish list or a set of architectural plans.
A chef’s vision, considered down to the details.
At Rancho, the homeowner wanted an induction cooktop integrated into the countertop and sliding stone panels to conceal everyday kitchen items. Coordinating the stone, tracks, shelving and cabinetry was central to bringing that vision together. That attention continued into the bathroom, with an illuminated shower shelf and carefully concealed components. See the Rancho project.
A vision. Or a set of plans.
Have ideas, but need a plan? Our Design & Build service brings design, planning and construction together. Already have architectural plans? Build From Existing Plans starts with Priyam reviewing your plans and preparing a detailed bid. Start where you are; you do not need to arrive with every decision made.
Personal, from the start.
A renovation is a significant investment—in your home and in the life you want to live there. Priyam has sat on both sides of the planning table. Having renovated her own home with two young children, she understands what this means for your family. Meet Priyam and the Konstructo team.
